Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand
  • Free Shipping on order over $99
  • $5 flat rate for orders under $99
  • Items will be shipped during workdays. New Zealand Post guidance is that shipments sent using Tracked ParcelPost will take up to 3 working days after the item has been sent, your shipment can be any time at New Zealand Post.

    Shipping to Australia
  • Free Shipping on orders over $149
  • Orders under $149 will have shipping calculated at checkout by weight
  • International tracking & express shipping also available at a higher rate
  • All shipments are sent using International Air which will take 4-10 working days after the item has been sent. We also offer International Courier which includes tracking & express shipping at a higher rate which will take 3-6 working days. Dates are quoted from our shipping partners website, NZ Post.  While NZ Post do quote 4-10 working days for International Air target time-frame, on some rare occasions they have experienced delivery delays which meant the delivery took slightly more than 10 working days to arrive, please do contact us if you do have any issues at sales@smartmerino.com and we will happily chase up with NZ Post regarding your delivery.

    Returns & Refunds

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

    Please ensure you contact us at sales@smartmerino.com within 14 days since date you received items to initiate the return process.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, this includes your item being in its original packaging.

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you using the original payment method.

    Change of mind

    If you do have a change of mind with your purchase, you can return your item or exchange the item, minus a restocking fee. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay for return postage. To be eligible your item must be unused, unworn, same condition if was received and in its original packaging.

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you using the original payment method.
